How does PRP & PRF work?

where science meets art

PRP and PRF use your body’s own growth factors to stimulate collagen, support healing, and improve skin tone and texture. Results develop gradually, revealing brighter, firmer, more refreshed skin over time. Look restored, not reworked.

01

Draw & spin

We collect a small vial of your blood and place it in a centrifuge to separate out the PRP or PRF.

02

Extract & apply

The concentrated platelets or fibrin matrix are drawn into a syringe or microneedling device and delivered to target areas.

03

Heal & glow

Your skin uses these growth factors to boost collagen, enhance circulation, and accelerate healing—leaving you with a brighter, firmer appearance.

TEstimonials

★★★★★

I was curious about PRP but didn’t know what to expect. The entire experience felt thoughtful and personalized, and I was surprised by how quickly my skin started to feel firmer and more hydrated. Over the next few weeks, the change was subtle but undeniable. My skin looked healthier, more even, and just had this calm, rested quality. It didn’t look like I had anything done. It just looked like me, but better.

FAQs

Common questions. Clear answers.

What’s the difference between PRP and PRF?+

PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) and PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) both use your own blood to promote skin rejuvenation. PRF is a more advanced formulation with a slower release of growth factors, making it ideal for longer-lasting, natural results.

How are PRP and PRF treatments performed?+

We draw a small amount of your blood, spin it in a centrifuge to isolate the platelets, then either inject or apply them topically with microneedling. The entire appointment typically takes under an hour.

What areas can be treated?+

Popular areas include the under-eyes, cheeks, temples, scalp (for hair restoration), and full face with microneedling. We tailor each treatment to your goals.

Does it hurt?+

Discomfort is minimal. We use a topical numbing cream to keep you comfortable during injections or microneedling. Most clients describe it as a bit of pressure or a light sting.

When will I see results?+

Many clients notice subtle improvements in skin tone and hydration within the first 1–2 weeks. Collagen production continues for several weeks, with full results typically visible by 4–6 weeks.

Is there any downtime?+

You may experience mild redness or swelling for 1–3 days, especially with microneedling. Most clients resume daily activities within 24 hours.

How many sessions will I need?+

For best results, we usually recommend 3 sessions spaced about 4–6 weeks apart. Some clients do maintenance treatments 1–2 times a year.

Is PRP/PRF safe?+

Yes. These treatments use your own blood and contain no additives or chemicals, making them extremely safe and well-tolerated for most skin types.
